By moving deeper into the physical body, we can release restrictions and tensions and connect the body to its own innate wisdom to heal. Every session is different, depending on the needs of the individual. Tuning Fork Sound Therapy

Tuning forks bring the body into a state of relaxation and rejuvenation through a vibrational Body massage using weighted and unweighted (may be on and/or off the body by preference). Vibrational Bodywork uses deep vibrations applied to the body to help reduce inflammation, knots, relax the muscles--works on a cellular level. This is also for you if you have aches and pains in general or from previous injuries. Bio-resonance Energy Clearing

Using the healy technology, you will have your energy and aura read. It will give guidance for things to let go of and what to focus on. The bio-resonance device will clear energy. The clearing is completed in the container of a coaching session to support your exploration of concepts brought forth in the energy reading.
